Katie Davis most recently served as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Events at Frist Cressey Ventures (FCV), a healthcare investment firm focused on partnering with companies transforming the delivery of care. In her role, she supported the firm’s partnership development efforts and led the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and multi-day convenings, from small, curated gatherings to large-scale summits bringing together investors, portfolio company leaders, and senior healthcare executives.

Prior to joining FCV, Katie spent more than a decade working in the office of former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, where she managed special projects, coordinated national-level programs, and oversaw administrative and operational initiatives across his business, policy, and philanthropic activities. Through this work, she developed deep experience in stakeholder engagement, executive operations, and leading complex initiatives involving senior leaders across healthcare, government, and the private sector.

Katie brings experience in strategic initiatives, event leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on building meaningful connections and executing high-impact programs that support collaboration and innovation.

She is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
