Private Capital Association Announces New Board Appointments
Nashville, TN (November 10, 2025) – The Greater Nashville Private Capital Association (GNPCA) today announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors as it approaches the end of its inaugural membership year representing the region’s private investment community.
Joining the board are:
Lisa Dolan, Managing Director at Link Ventures, a Boston-based venture capital firm focused on data-driven technology investments. Dolan brings extensive experience in scaling technology and consumer-facing companies.
John Lueken, Partner at Arlington Family Offices, a leading multi-family office serving entrepreneurs, business owners, and generational families. Guided by a spirit of innovation and stewardship, Arlington invests for decades, plans for centuries, and serves for generations.
“These new board members represent the diversity and strength of Nashville’s private capital community, and their leadership will enhance our ability to advance collaboration across our growing membership base as we continue to tell the story that Middle Tennessee is an outstanding place for private capital investment and growth,” said Judith Byrd, Executive Director of GNPCA.
At the end of the calendar year, Hunter Hillenmeyer, Investment Partner, Company Ventures and Marcus Whitney, Co-Founder and Partner, Jumpstart Health Investors will complete their terms as founding board members.
“Marcus and Hunter have been instrumental to our organization from the early days as an idea to our growth into a credible industry association representing our region’s private capital community,” Byrd said. “We are grateful for their guidance and leadership that helped make the GNPCA possible.”
With the new appointments, GNPCA’s Board reflects the broad spectrum of private capital represented in Middle Tennessee -- venture, growth equity, private equity, family office and endowment funds.
Founded with seed support from Vanderbilt University, GNPCA is the convening voice for the region’s private capital investors, fostering connectivity, education, and advocacy for the industry’s long-term vitality.
